A rubbish story
What do you do when you purchase an outdoor snooker table for your garden? You cover it with litter, of course.
Because when your best mate questions why you bother picking up other people’s rubbish and challenges you to fill the entire table with littered lids, you do it.
After a good stare at the baize, Kieran reckoned a year’s worth of litter hunting efforts would do the trick. Deary dumplings, was he wrong!
Just one month later, it was covered with 1,603 lids producing a mosaic myriad of colour. Born was Rubbish Snooker.
So what happened next? Did he pop them all in a recycling bag for bin day? Nope. He attempted to become an “artist”.
Soon came Rubbish Lists all about handwritten shopping agendas, and then Rubbish Workshops with invitations into schools and workplaces to share the story.
